Warranty:

WARRIORLAND provides a Lifetime Warranty for all the products you get from us. No matter when your product cracks or breaks, please contact us, and we will fix or replace the gear immediately. However, we might replace your product in a similar or updated one when the original product has been changed or discontinued. Please notice that you will NOT get the warranty if the product is found damaged or misused.

 

Shipping:

Every order placed before 3PM CST on a weekday will ship the same day. Otherwise, we will arrange your shipment on the following business day. We do not ship on weekend.

Another 5-7 business day will be added during the holiday.

Please understand that the reasonable processing time will be added on no matter what shipping method you have choose.

 

Lost Packages:

WARRIORLAND can only start the Lost Package Processing after receive the buyer’s claim. According to the USPS claims department, no claims can be filed for 20 days. In almost every situation the package will show up within the 20 days waiting period.

We DO NOT take responsibility for the customer’s mistake. Included but not limited to the buyer provided a wrong shipping address and we have shipped.

Please understand that in the event of a lost package, there is very little we can do. The carrier will refund the order amount once a claim is filed and approved. In order to get your gear as soon as possible, you can consider to go ahead and re-order from us. If the item eventually shows up, you can return it to WARRIORLAND for a fully refund.

WARRIORLAND offer a 30-day money back guarantee! We hope you can satisfy with your purchase. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, feel free to contact us for a return. A full refund or store credit will be processed once item has been received.

Please understand that any damaged product will be rejected and nonrefundable. Only a product in new condition can be process.

WARRIORLAND will cover the return shipping cost for you. So please contact us before you ship the item back.

A reasonable processing time should be expected. However, in many case, you should receive a refund within 5-7 business days.
