WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship the same day if ordered before 2PM EST, or by the next business day if ordered after 3PM EST. You can also Check Your Order Status anytime.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE OR RETURN A HOLSTER I PURCHASED?
To initiate an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase, please visit our Returns Page.
DO YOU OFFER MILITARY DISCOUNTS OR LEO DISCOUNTS?
Yes we do. We are proud to support our Military, Law Enforcement and First Responders. We have setup a verification system that will automatically provide you with a discount upon instant verification. Verify your Military & LEO Discount eligibility here.
DO YOU ACCEPT BULK ORDERS OR HAVE DEALER/VOLUME PRICING?
We are more than happy to accommodate bulk/dealer orders. Pricing depends on the number of units ordered and the models and options desired. Please email us for more information on becoming a dealer or bulk orders.
Will I have a chance to cancel my order before it ships?
Our same or next business day shipping guarantee is exactly that, a guarantee. Our shipping department doesn’t hold orders for any period of time to wait for potential cancellations, so there is a good chance there may not be much time between your order being placed and shipped. If you do wish to cancel an order, feel free to can contact our customer service immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Does WARRIORLAND offer custom kydex work or offer OWB products?
Due to our business model we don’t offer any type of custom kydex work which includes OWB – Outside The Waistband products. We only offer what is listed on the website at this time.
How do I maintain my new kydex holster or mag carrier?
Check your clip and retention screws on a regular basis to ensure everything is still secure and in place. Wash and wipe down the holster or mag carrier when needed with hot soapy water.
I’m missing a screw or rubber spacer. What now?
Replacement hardware packs can be purchased from our Accessories, or you can contact us, we will shipping it to you directly
